“THE KITCHEN” The menu is created by Chef Paolo Secci. The expierience of Italian cusine with a special feeling for Sardinia, his homeland . The land that has always been familiar with both meat and fish. The union of his experience and creativity turned into the new Golden View menu, where careful attention was paid to the seasonality of products, the freshest available produce, and to our customer’s tastes.“FISH”We strive to provide an excellent product, and we particularly lov the raw fish. We offer a variety including the yellow fin tuna of the Mediterranean, the best French oysters, Calvisius caviar, red shrimp from Mazara. “MEAT”Some of the meat dishes we offer include Florentine steak, cockerel with honey and Dijon mustard, duck thigh with caramelized leeks and apples, and pork with mashed potatoes and artichokes. Our meat options are chosen with respect to territory and cooked to your temperature preference.
“VEGETARIAN, VEGAN, and GLUTEN” We have expanded our menu to meet the growing demand of special dietary needs. We offer a variety of steamed, grilled, or baked seasonal vegetables, large salads, and soft and aged cheeses. We have paid particular attention to gluten intolerances, and we can offer alternative dishes that meet your needs without taking away from the flavors and experience.
“PIZZERIA” We freshly make more than 10 types of sandwiches, and four types of bread, buns, and focaccia. Our classic pizzas are made with dough that has naturally risen for 48 hours, and is then topped with seasonal ingredients to marry the pizzas of the day in a typical Italian style.
“SWEETS” The bakery constantly proposes new tasty and inviting ideas – be ready to treat yourself. From classic tastes like tiramisu to mixed mignon, and everything in between, we can offer the right desert for each taste.
